PAYMENT POLICY

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Secure online payment
• Cash on delivery (Tunisia only)

All online transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment systems.

2. Cash on Delivery (Tunisia only)
Cash on delivery is available only for orders within Tunisia.
The customer pays the total amount of the order directly to the delivery person upon receipt of the package.

This payment method is not available for international orders.

3. Payment Security
All payment information is secured and encrypted. We never store customers' bank details.

4. Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only after online payment validation (or selection of cash on delivery for Tunisia).

5. Currency
Prices are displayed in the customer's local currency (e.g., TND for Tunisia, USD for the United States, etc.).
Payment is made online in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Additional Fees
Your bank may apply conversion fees for international payments. These fees are not our responsibility.
